Through meditation experiences Alison has created an access point for individuals to close their eyes and meet the challenges they face daily, to be guided towards their inner source and receive the answers they are seeking. For over 20 years Alison have been teaching spiritual wisdom on a daily basis at The Kabbalah Centre through group retreats, classes and workshops, as well as 1 – 1 group meditation sessions with students from around the world.
